Is there seating in the Gold Access Area?

There is limited, open seating in the Gold Access area, which covers about 25% of the capacity sold for that area. This seating in the Gold Access area is on a first-come, first-served basis. The extra added benefit is that you get to stand with the group closest in front of the stage, and there is a bar within the area, so you won’t have to go to the concessions in the back of the arena to get a drink.

Is there seating in the Platinum Area?

Yes. You are given a reserved seat at a table on a raised platform with excellent sight lines and no-host bar table service. You can only get a guaranteed reserved seat by buying a ticket upgrade for a seat at one of the Platinum Tables.  The table service refers to having the wait staff to take your order.
